This recreation project, undertaken as part of a history of graphic design class, pays homage to Hohlwein's silhouette style and balanced composition. While the original poster showcased a classic aesthetic, "Confuction Buys" modernizes the concept while retaining the essence of men's fashion. With updated clothing styles and a contemporary approach to design, this project breathes new life into Hohlwein's timeless artwork.

The poster is an example of the silhouette style of figures with a great balance between organic/geometric form and figurative/abstract. In addition, Hohlwein’s unique use of texture and decorative pattern-making his style interesting.
